Product Introduction

This production is applicable to all kinds of circular iron, glass, plastic cans sealing.The quality is reliable, the operation is easy. It is an ideal equipment for food and beverage industry. 

Operational key points:

1. The preparation before starting the work.
(1). Check all parts are in good lubrication.
(2). Check if the firmware is damaged and if the power cord is damaged.
(3). Check the rotation system and mechanism for abnormal sound.

2.The adjustment :
Adjust the lifting screw slowly according to the point switch and adjust it to the desired tank height. The drum seal can be completed with the first drum and the two-way drum, and the drum position can be adjusted as needed.

3. The boot can sealing:
1). Start the motor. Put the lid on the packed can.
2). Put the packed can on the lower mold tank centralizer.
3). Make sure the can is in the correct position, and then close the pedal switch properly.
4). Stop pressing the power button.

4.Routine maintenance:
1. Wipe the surface: the surface of the device is wiped clean and no material is placed.
2. Fasteners: check the fasteners and lubricate.
3. The drum is shaved once a day.
