Description:

This machine is applicable for sealing the round can or jar with lid which is made of aluminum, tinplate and the other kinds of metal.
 

Main features:

The machine consists of a base, a power unit, a rotary pressure head, a sealing hob, an adjusting device, and an electric system. Sealing hob can be arbitrarily adjusted within a certain range. So in the case of replaceing head, the machine can still seal cans. In addition, various height cans within a range can also be sealed by means of a height adjustment device. Put the jar with the lid on the tray. Turn on the pneumatic switch, the tray electric cylinder rises upwards. The pressure head and the tray rotate together. At this time, the stroke switch is pressed open and activated by the action of the solenoid valve. Sealing the cylinder to promote the first hob and two hob sealing jar. Then release the foot, the tray electric cylinder down, sealing the jar.
