Introduction:

The QL-5545 can be added to an existing conveyor line, or it can be used by manually feeding the box/pack onto a conveyor belt. Folded POF/PVC membranes in the center are used to automatically dispense, wrap and seal the desired product. The seal length is manually set by the operator. There is a safety system of the sealer. When the operator's hand or object interferes with the sealing operation, the sealing device stops working immediately. The sealing device has a non-stick coating that allows the machine to operate without smoke. Excess plastic film can be easily distributed around the dispenser under the machine. Once the product is sealed, the plastic film is automatically transferred to the heat shrinkage channel so that the film is tightly shrunk around the product.

2. The complete cylinder completes the action, greatly improving the production efficiency.
3. The cutter has an automatic protection function to effectively prevent accidental packaging and cutting.
4. The machine is unmanned and can be directly connected to the production line.
